About
Served as the video engineer for the South by Southwest Conference & Festival’s flagship ballroom.
Every year, this ballroom features 8 non-stop days of high-profile keynote speakers, celebrity guest panels, and live podcast tappings. In this role, I led the build-out of video village and oversaw all signal flow for both the in-room IMAG as well as distribution to master control via SRT for live streaming and ingest.
Additionally, I oversaw all camera shading and signal routing for panels featuring remote guests, which one year even included astronauts aboard the International Space Station.
